She's quit OurGirl after four years
Michelle Keegan is reportedly putting family life before her career following her decision to quit BBC’s Our Girl to spend more time in the UK.
“Michelle absolutely loved working on Our Girl – it was her first big job after leaving Coronation Street and helped her to prove herself as an actress,” a source claimed. Michelle had been filming in locations including South Africa, Nepal and Malaysia, while Mark was also on the other side of the world in Los Angeles presenting, before announcing he’s quit.
She added to The Sun: “I feel it is the right time to explore other exciting opportunities but I’m so happy to be part of the new series coming soon so it’s not the end just yet.”
