Michelle Yeoh's proud mum Janet broke down in tears as she celebrated her daughter's big Oscars win with friends and family in Malaysia.
She then threw her hands up in the air and beamed from ear to ear as she celebrated her daughter's incredible success.“She really worked hard for it and I’m glad that her hard work had paid off.” The actress said: "I have to dedicate this to my mum, all the mums in the world, because they are really the superheroes and without them, none of us would be here tonight.
"This is proof that ... dream big, and dreams do come true. And ladies, don't let anybody tell you you are ever past your prime."At the end of the speech, Michelle said: “This is history in the making.”
