Now, Microsoft has provided a brief update on the situation and has also made it easier for users to track their progress with the troublesome punch card.As per Xbox loyalty marketing lead Daniel Martins, the Rewards support team is currently working through the support tickets users have filed regarding their missing points."There was a high volume of tickets, so wait times are — unfortunately — longer than usual," Martins said on.
If you navigate to the Xbox Game Pass Competitive punch card in the app, you should now see a tracker that will count how many achievements you have unlocked from eligible games. While, you will hopefully now be able to see if the punch card is updating correctly thanks to this small quality-of-life change.
