Leeds United, Derby County, Huddersfield Town, Sunderland and Vitesse Arnhem have all been credited with an interest in midfielder Ateef Konate
Ateef Konate is on Leeds United's transfer radar following his Nottingham Forest exit, according to Africafoot. The report claims the Whites are among a string of clubs interested in signing the 23-year-old.
Konate opted to leave the City Ground, having failed to make a first-team appearance for Forest in the Premier League. Confirming his departure from Forest via his Instagram account, the 23-year-old said: "It's time for me to say goodbye."I want to thank everyone who contributed to my progress during these four seasons. Ups and downs, but that's what this job requires. I will remember the positives for the rest of my life. Thank you Reds.
