Thousand-strong migrant caravan crosses river into Mexico from Guatemala after week-long standoff
More than 1,000 migrants formed part of a caravan that streamed into Mexico. The massive group of asylum-seeking Central Americas crossed the Suchiate River from Guatemala on Thursday morning. The group, mostly native Hondurans, carried a United States before making their way through the southern Mexican state of Chiapas.
