Mike Bushell reveals brutal Strictly Come Dancing training regime in exclusive chat: ‘My body is broken in a way I never thought it could be’
You may know Mike Bushell as that presenter who fell in the swimming pool while interviewing British olympians or as the affable BBC Breakfast star who regularly takes on sporting challenges.
He said: “I’ve done over 550 different sports, trying them out to inspire people to get involved in those. Some of them have been really extreme whether it is wing walking or something like that, very physical.” Mike has admitted that the prospect of dancing in front of a live studio audience is ‘terrifying’ but says that it is a challenge he couldn't have turned down.
He also said that he wants to inspire parents and dad’s to get up and dance and not feel embarrassed for doing so.
