Mike Tyson has been accused of rape in a new lawsuit filed by a woman in New York this month

Now, a woman, who asked the court to remain anonymous has filed a civil lawsuit in which she accuses him of also raping her in the early 1990s, according to court filings.The alleged victim was able to file the lawsuit now as the newly-introduced temporary New York’s Adult Survivors Act permits victims of sexual assault a one-year window to raise prior allegations of sexual assault in court, even if they took place several years ago.
