The Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Palawan police and Stairway Foundation Inc. signed a memorandum of agreement to expand their partnership in protecting women and children’s rights in the region. | mvirolaINQ /PDI

In a statement issued on Thursday afternoon, May 4, Mimaropa police said their chief Brigadier General Joel Doria signed the agreement with SFI executive director Lars Jorgensen at Stairway in Barangay Aninuan in Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro province.

SFI was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as a non-stock, non-profit corporation conceived in 1990 by Jorgensen and his wife Monica Ray, primarily as an alternative approach for protecting children at risk in the Philippines.
