Belated congratulations are in order for Mindy Kaling, who just revealed that she gave birth to her third child in February 2024. The Mindy Project creator, who is already mum to daughter Katherine and son Spencer, shared the happy news via Instagram, posting a picture of her two older kids gazing adoringly at their new sibling, plus a bump pic and a hospital pic. “In late February I gave birth to my daughter, Anne. She’s the best birthday present I could’ve ever imagined.
“Beautifully said,” added powerhouse Reese Witherspoon, with whom Kaling has been collaborating on the long-in-development third Legally Blonde movie. Other fans were simply stunned that Kaling could keep a secret so well. Mindy Kaling has always kept her family quite private. She’s only announced her children’s births after the fact, is careful not to reveal their faces on social media, and hasn’t publicly addressed the question of who their father is or how they were conceived.
