A heartbreaking photograph of a 'miracle' baby girl in hospital has been released after her mother tragically died following a fall from a tower block.

The picture shows her in a hospital cot, hooked up to lifesaving tubes.Mum-of-five Emma, who was known to many as Emma Acko, had named the unborn girl just weeks before her tragic death, the Mirror reports. Emma's good friend Martyne Taiwo said the pair had been close friends from a very young age. She told YorkshireLive: "She was bubbly, excited, full of life, she had a real zest for life.
