during the screening of her new rom-com, Mother of the Bride, the actress stated that she’d still love to wrap up thethen picked up iCarly for a series revival, which premiered in June 2021. The reboot series was canceled in October 2023 after only three seasons.
Cosgrove added, “I want to know who Carly’s mother is as much as . It seems like a lot of people were hoping to see that.”The original series follows Carly Shay as she tries to balance her normal teenage life and her career as a host for a web show called iCarly. The Paramount+ reboot series then picked up nine years after the original’s finale, following Carly Shay as she decided to relaunch her once-popular iCarly show.
