The Miss Universe Philippines organization issued a clarification on the length of pre-pageant activities for this year’s pageant.On Instagram, the organization said that the photoshoots, rehearsals, workshops, and tours prior to the coronation night spanned only "three months - NOT four months, with the competition itself running for two months and three weeks.
”The Miss Universe Philippines 2024 coronation night was held on May 22.Bulacan’s Chelsea Manalo won the crown, while Stacey Gabriel of Cainta was named the first runner-up, and Ahtisa Manalo of Quezon Province was named the second runner-up.Tarah Valencia of Baguio is the third runner-up, while Christi McGarry of Taguig is the fourth runner-up.Chelsea admitted that there was a time when she almost backed out of the competition due to financial reasons.
