Two teenage girls participating in an exchange program from Morocco have gone missing in London. The Metropolitan Police are asking for the public's help in locating them.
Two teenage girls, Douae, 14, and Houda, 15, who travelled from Morocco to London as part of a student exchange program me, have gone missing. They were last seen leaving a hostel in Tavistock Place at around 8.30pm on Tuesday, 28 January. The girls were a few days into their week-long stay in the city and are scheduled to return to Morocco on Saturday.
Detective Chief Inspector Sarb Kaur stated that the Metropolitan Police are deeply concerned for their welfare, as they are unfamiliar with London and the longer they remain missing, the greater the concern. A team of detectives is diligently working to locate the missing teenagers, and the police are in contact with the Moroccan embassy and the company that organized the exchange visit to ensure the girls' families in Morocco are informed about any progress. Anyone with information about Douae and Houda's whereabouts is urged to contact the police
