Missing Vietnamese tourist who vanished on trip to York is found safe - but 3 still held over disappearance
A 15-YEAR-OLD Vietnamese tourist who vanished while on a trip to York has been found safe after a man was charged with child abduction.A man was charged with child abduction and appeared in York Magistrates Court yesterdayNorth Yorkshire Police then charged 25-year-old Ho Quang Ngoc with child abduction as well as facilitating a breach of immigration laws.Since his court appearance, the teen has been found.
