Tracy Scanlon's daughter told police in Allegheny County that the boyfriend already lived in the Harrisburg area.
Updated: May. 04, 2024, 4:05 p.m.Susquehanna Township police say Tracy Scanlon, reported missing from Allegheny County, was the victim of a homicide. A missing woman now thought to be a homicide victim came to the Harrisburg area in February to live with a boyfriend, police in her hometown near Pittsburgh said Friday.
The daughter told Millvale police that Scanlon said she was moving to the Harrisburg area to be with her boyfriend, who already lived there, the chief said. Millvale is a borough of about 3,200 residents in Allegheny County across the Allegheny River from Pittsburgh’s Lawrenceville neighborhood.
