Woo-Suk Go, 10 of Padres' top-30 prospects headed to Double-A San Antonio; 2023 first-rounder Dillon Head started this season at low Single-A Lake Elsinore
Double-A San Antonio and Low Single-A Lake Elsinore on Tuesday announced their initial rosters ahead of Friday’s opening day. The Missions roster included reliever Woo-Suk Go and Reggie Lawson, back with the Padres after retiring in 2022, as well as 10 top-30 prospects as ranked by MLB.
The Storm’s roster included four top-30 prospects: outfielder Dillon Head , right-hander Isaiah Lowe , right-hander Carson Montgomery and infielder Rosman Verdugo . Catcher Ethan Salas , right-hander Dylan Lesko , and outfielder Homer Bush Jr. headlined the high Single-A Fort Wayne roster released on Monday. Right-handers Randy Vasquez and Alek Jacob and outfielder Tirso Ornelas started the season with Triple-A El Paso over the weekend.
