PROVINCIAL buses will be allowed to travel along Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue (EDSA) from April 6 to 10, 2023 to accomodate the expected influx of passengers for the Holy Week, according to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority ( MMDA).
In an advisory issued on Friday, the MMDA said the terminal for provincial buses from North Luzon will be at Cubao, Quezon City while Pasay City is the designated terminal for buses coming from South Luzon.
'This is to allow the provincial buses to accommodate the expected high number of passengers going to the provinces for the Lenten season and ensure the convenience and comfort of the commuters,' the statement read.
