The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority and the Land Transportation Office on Thursday inked an agreement for the accreditation of its Motorcycle Riding Academy .In a statement, the MMDA said that with the memorandum of agreement with LTO, the motorcycle riding academy will be accredited as a Practical Driving Examination Center .
“Sa nasabing kasunduan, kinakailangang magawa sa MMDA MRA ang mga sumusunod na motorcycle maneuvers: serpentine maneuver, left turn and stop in the box, cone weave and U-turn, at acceleration and sudden braking,” MMDA said.“Magkakaroon din ng interconnection ang MMDA MRA sa Land Transportation Management System. Magtatalaga naman ang LTO ng driver’s skills rater para magsagawa ng practical driving examination,” added the MMDA.The training in MRA will also remain free.
