Physiotherapist Tim Dettmann says people who are concerned about having dementia or Alzheimer’s “must have exercise” in their prevention and treatment plan.
“The numbers are really strong that the more exercise people do, or people who partake in
exercise, have a lower risk of both of those conditions,” Mr Derrmann told Sky News Australia.
