Moment shocked and distraught Alec Baldwin is told Rust cinematographer Halyna Hutchins has died
Halyna Hutchins, 42, died after being shot in the armpit by a live round that somehow made its way into Alec Baldwin's prop gun on October 21, 2021. Footage has emerged of investigators telling Baldwin that Hutchins had died after interviewing him. Baldwin is seen instantly saying 'no' as he lurched back in his seat in shock.
He was later seen outside the police station, sobbing on the phone in the parking lot. No one has been charged over Halyna's death but the investigation into the fatal shooting remains ongoing. On Monday, the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office released thousands of files from its investigation. They include never before seen videos of interviews, phone calls with police and evidence photos
