Dramatic footage has emerged after the devastating mass stabbing incident
This is the dramatic moment armed police stormed a house in Lancashire after a 'ferocious' stabbing attack at a Taylor Swift-themed dance party left two children dead and nine others injured.
He posted on X saying: "We’ve obtained footage of an individual pacing in front of a house that was later raided by police in Southport. The footage is taken 20 minutes before two children were killed and 11 other people were injured in a knife attack. "Witnesses recounted the chilling moment a mother cried out in agony, "my daughter's been stabbed", the Mirror reports. A local resident has described the chilling moment she found a young mum and her daughter, both covered in blood, after a horrifying stabbing incident.
"She had gone to the children's club to pick her up and she came out saying 'mum, I've been stabbed'. Her mother had bundled her in the car and just sped away because she did not know what was happening. Police were spotted searching a property in Banks shortly before his arrest was announced. Merseyside Police Chief Ceonstable Serena Kennedy described the attack as "ferocious" resulting in two children losing their lives, nine others injured, and two adults left critical.
Expressing gratitude to the first responders they said: "Thank you also to the emergency responders who, despite being met with the most horrific scenes, demonstrated compassion and professionalism when your community needed you most."
