Shane O’Brien, 31, fled the UK shortly after Josh Hanson, 21, was stabbed to death in Hillingdon, west London, in 2015.
This is the moment one of the UK’s most wanted fugitives was finally caught by police in Romania for murdering a man in a London bar.
