A bit extreme 😱
A customer with a "horrible" attitude caused carnage in a bakery after demanding a refund for Easter eggs.
"It was awful," Jayne, 60, told the Manchester Evening News. "I just can't understand people that expect their money back because they don't remember to turn up. The customer had previously called to put in an order for six cheesecake-filled Easter eggs but forgot to pick them up. When Little Blonde Bakes reopened this week the customer called and claimed Jayne had sold them to someone else and demanded her money back."They were cheesecake-filled, they would be no good to anybody now, they've gone off. She asked to speak to the manager and I said 'I own the place, so you will come back my way'.
