E-bike rider left driver angry after incident in Skipton
A shirtless young man on an e-bike was caught on a driver's dashcam travelling on the pavement in Skipton at around 30mph.
The rider, wearing just a pair of shorts and no helmet, was branded an 'idiot' by driver Steve Gower. Steve said: "I was driving down Shortbank Road towards town when the guy swerved out from the pavement onto the road, continued on the wrong side of the road and bollards, narrowly missing a car. "To be honest, I can't remember just how many cars had to brake. He's an idiot and well known in Skipton and to the police for his behaviour. He'll cause a bad accident one of these days."
