"I've got stolen kids in a car," he goes on, before a crashing sound stops him mid-speech as the two cars impact.Police are searching for those responsible, and the car they were in, which is believed to have been stolen.Queensland Deputy Premier Steven Miles said the results of the new legislation will take time.
