Welsh Water apologises as several villages are left without water on Christmas Day.

He added his wife had gone to Monmouth to fetch bottled water, and hoped that they could have their Christmas dinner as planned. Matthew Browning, 62, also from Llandogo, said he and his wife have had no water for almost two days and were "desperate" for a shower. He said: "It's not Christmas as usual, you can't do the usual things that you want to do, like a shower and a shave.Welsh Water said it was "extremely sorry" for the inconvenience caused and said bottled water was being delivered to priority customers.
