The death toll from the mass shooting in Monterey Park, California, has risen to 11.
Health officials have confirmed one of the people wounded in the shooting has died from their injuries. Nine others were injured when 72-year-old Huu Can Tran opened fire at a dance hall during Lunar New Year Celebrations.
