MONTGOMERY , Ala. - Montgomery ’s City Hall was filled for the third meeting in a row as residents pleaded for solutions on crime from the mayor, council, police department and community.
Hall advocated for more competitive wages to help recruit officers, as well as community initiatives to reduce crime. He expressed the need for engagement with youth and community leaders, plus past offenders in an effort to rehabilitate them.
