Monty Don has provided an update following his emergency hospital visit yesterday. The beloved BBC presenter had to undergo 'emergency treatment' and cancel a speaking engagement, but it appears he is now recovering.
Another wrote: "That's great news. I was sorry not to see you in Bath, my friend and I have been looking forward to it for over a year, but what matters is that you are being well cared for and getting back to good health again. Hopefully we'll see you next year sometime instead." In a video message, Monty expressed his regret: "Hello. I am so sorry to have disappointed all those people who were going to come and see me in Exeter and Truro and Bath and Nottingham."
