Moor Hall chef Mark Birchall to feature on ITV's Saturday Morning with James Martin
One of Lancashire's Michelin Starred chefs will feature on ITV's Saturday Morning with James Martin this weekend. Mark Birchall, who heads up the kitchen at Moor Hall Restaruant with Rooms in Aughton, will appear as a guest on James Martin's popular daytime show.
The show, which is filmed at James' home, sees celebrity guests and highly-skilled and respected chefs, offer millions watching at home cooking tips, recipe ideas and food inspiration. Mark will be borrowing James' kitchen in his plush country home in Stoke Charity, Hampshire, to prepare Isle of Purbeck Sika hind with Pablo beetroot and smoked marrow salad.
Moor Hall was given the prestigious World Class title in the 2022 Good Food Guide and the West Lancashire restaurant was described as 'stuff of bucket lists' by judges.
