Moose Coffee, a popular brunch spot in Liverpool, has launched a new pancake mix, allowing customers to recreate their famous breakfast stacks at home. The move comes after years of customer demand and extensive testing. To celebrate the launch, Moose Coffee is giving away five bags of pancake mix to lucky Instagram followers.

The popular brunch spot first launched in Crosby , and now has sites on Dale Street and Hope Street and inside Plaza 1821, as well as Manchester and Leeds. The beloved coffee shop and diner routinely boasts queues out the door at its Dale Street site , despite having operated out of the same location for an impressive 15 years.
The pancake mix packs are now available for pre-order online, and the range is officially launching and available to buy in store from Saturday, February 15. Speaking to the ECHO previously , Moose's marketing and social media manager Neve MacNamara tried to explain the secret to the brand's long-standing success. She said: 'I think because when in the 2000s the brunch scene around Liverpool wasn't what it is today now.
