Melbourne University Psychological Sciences Dr Michelle Jongenelis says more actions are needed to protect children following an “incredibly concerning” report revealing vapes are being sold and consumed by school students.

“Unfortunately, it’s not entirely surprising to be honest,” Ms Jongenelis told commentator Steve Price.

“Public health leaders have been saying for years now that more action needs to be taken on e-cigarettes to protect children and adolescents from accessing the devices.
