The new homes will be built next to Ruchill Park
Ashlar Village, a new development by Bellway Homes, is located off Bisland Drive, and next to Ruchill Park.
An A-listed water tower has determined the overall streetscape for the development, with Bellway investing in specialist lighting that will enhance the tower, creating an iconic landmark. Parkland areas will be built, particularly around the water tower, as well as play areas and landscaped paths. The housebuilder has also designed new energy-efficient house styles specifically for Ashlar Village which will feature a collection of three- and four-bedroom terraced, semi and detached homes, and one- and two-bedroom apartments.
