However, she wasn’t the only one affected. It’s led to Elise, who lives in High Legh in Cheshire, to say she’s been discouraged from visiting the city. She added: “I was just annoyed, to be honest, and stressed. It’s not what you want.Now, after the Manchester Evening News contacted the council about the issue, they confirmed that all motorists affected by the error on New Year’s Day can appeal and get their fine cancelled.
