Police reviewed security footage of the rooftop of the bar and saw Wallen lunge forward while throwing an object from the sixth story rooftop. The object can be seen flying from the top of the building, arrest records show. Witnesses told officers they were standing to the right of Wallen when they saw him pick up the chair before throwing it, then laughing.
