A Morocco fan lashed out at Chelsea manager Graham Potter ahead of the African nation’s World Cup semi-final against France.
Morocco became the first African team to reach this stage of a World Cup when they stunned Portugal in the quarter-finals.
Walid Regragui’s side will look to go one step further at the Al Bayt Stadium on Wednesday night but face a France team bidding to defend the World Cup title.has been Chelsea outcast Hakim Ziyech and the 29-year-old was once again named in the starting XI for the clash against World Cup holders France.
Ziyech is already a hero in Morocco but has only started one Premier League game for Chelsea this season, with Potter favouring other options before the league paused for the World Cup. The Moroccan fans were in high spirits in Qatar on Tuesday ahead of their first ever World Cup semi-final, but one supporter could not hide his anger at Potter over his treatment of Ziyech.
