The tragic incident happened around 6:30 p.m., according to Houston police on Ave. O and W Hedrick near Buffalo Bayou. First responders with the Houston Fire Department also arrived to assist and found a woman inside her SUV next to a house. Lt. Willkens with the Houston PD said the unidentified woman, 31, is a mother of four who went outside to move her car out of fear a tree would fall. However, before she could move the car, Lt.
