SAN ANTONIO - A local mother's nontoxic prank backfired earlier this week causing a child to be hospitalized and her in jail.According to the arrest affidavit,
The suspected child then went home that day and told his mom, Jennifer Rossi. Rossi then had an idea to prank the "child bully" so he did what he was told by his mom. The child suspect brought the drink miz to school and did what his mom told him to do.
According to the arrest affidavit, the child victim was taken to the hospital to be evaluated after saying he had a headache and nausea from the mixture. Rossi told deputies about the contents in the drink and that they "were not harmful and was only intended to stop her child from being bullied and having his drink stolen."
Detectives were also able to get a written statement from the child victim saying that Rossi's child accused him of taking his Prime drink on Monday and someone tried to hit him for taking his drink. The 11-year-old victim shared that on Tuesday, Rossi's child gave him a Prime drink during P.E. class and poured it into his water bottle saying it "tasted nasty."
