The event was a huge success, with over 50 children and their childminders attending the picnic.
Motherwell Professional Registered Childminders recently came together to host a delightful Teddy Bear Picnic in the town’s Duchess Park to acknowledge Childminding Week.The event was designed to bring together the community and celebrate the importance of childminding in providing a nurturing and safe environment for children to thrive.
The children had the opportunity to play and socialise with their friends, while the childminders enjoyed the chance to catch up and share their experiences.He said: “Congratulations to Motherwell Professional Registered Childminders for their delightful initiative to celebrate Childminding Week with a Teddy Bear Picnic in the beautiful Duchess Park.
“It’s wonderful to see them recognised and celebrated for their invaluable contributions to our community. I wish them all the best for this special event and for all the wonderful work they do.”
