Emergency services were out in full force to deal with several instances of people setting off fireworks around the city.
A car was engulfed in a fireball in an Edinburgh park during Bonfire Night chaos after parts of the vehicle were seen "exploding" next to a busy main road.
Footage shows the car completely engulfed in flames and left on the grass next to a main road, as parts fly from the inferno and land on the turf. Elsewhere, groups of youths in the Niddrie area were seen aiming fireworks and projectiles at cars, people, and even an ambulance. Shocking footage shows dozens of people standing on a main road while fireworks are set off in the background.
