New York State rider was thrown after his bike hit the guiderail in Lycoming County.
SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT — A motorcyclist from New York was killed Friday when his vehicle left Route 15 in Lycoming County and struck the guiderail.
State police said Nangle was thrown from the motorcycle when it hit the guardrail and he landed down an embankment. He was wearing a helmet, they said.
