Officers from the Glasgow Road Policing Unit stopped the individual who was reportedly travelling on a bike on the M8 near junction 22.said:"Regardless of the weather - or any other reason - cycling on the motorway is prohibited."Please don’t put your life in danger. Check your route. Motorways are most definitely NOT shortcuts."
