The Ministry of Defence responded that approximately 95% of service family accommodation at RAF Cosford meets or exceeds the Decent Homes Standard.
An MP has called for improvements to living conditions at a West Midlands military base, saying homes do not meet basic standards.Mark Pritchard said he was concerned about the state of accommodation for families living at RAF Cosford, between Wolverhampton and Telford.
Concerns have been expressed about conditions for families living at the RAF Cosford base, near Albrighton "Service personnel should not have to live in conditions which do not even meet the minimum standard required for social housing," said Mr Pritchard.
