Afzal Khan has demanded 'meaningful assurances' from the force
An MP has called on Greater Manchester Police to provide 'meaningful assurances' and refer itself to the police watchdog after the Manchester Evening News published shocking footage which shows an armed officer kicking a man in the head during an arrest at Manchester Airport .
