Mrs. Hinch reveals dad and grandmother have been hospitalised. The cleaning influencer took to Instagram to share the news after apologising to fans for her social media break while going through some 'personal life stumbles'.
Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, Sophie, 34, shared a gallery of images and revealed her father had died suddenly in his sleep on April 25, a month after he was hospitalised with respiratory issues.
She said she had filled the workshop with wood and tools so he 'could live this dream that he's had since he was a little boy.' Sophie then went on to talk about her eldest son Ronnie, four, who has has previously revealed had issues with speech development. She had apologised for her 'radio silence' and admitted she had 'really needed to get up and just get away,' but reassured fans that her break from social media is 'only temporary.'
'I've always enjoyed home interior design but as soon as my husband and I bought our first house together I was super-excited to make it a home,' she wrote previously. From shining sinks to 'pining' her toilet — using pine scented disinfectant to clean her loo — the products she endorsed saw sales go through the roof.
The influencer underwent excess skin removal in 2016, following her £6,000 gastric band surgery, which left her in agony when it slipped two years later and wedged in her oesophagus.She recalled: 'As Ronnie grew and my stomach got bigger, the band moved and caused what the doctors described as similar to a kink in a hosepipe. No food could go into my stomach and whatever nutrients were going in came from liquids. As a result, I was losing weight.
