Margaret Cash McDonagh, 40, has spoken of her heartbreak following the deaths of twins Christy and Chelsea, eight, and their older sister Lisa, 18
The devastated mum of three siblings killed in their own home has remembered her 'beautiful angels'. Twins Christy and Chelsea Cawley, eight, and their older sister Lisa Cash, 18, were found dead at their home home earlier this month, with their older brother Andy Cash, 24, in custody charged with their murder.
She said: "My three beautiful angels. Mommy loves and misses yous. Forever my babies, always in my broken heart." After the incident on Sunday, September 3, the 14-year-old brother of the three killed was able to escape through the window of the home to gain the attention of emergency services and received treatment in hospital.
The deaths of the three siblings shocked the local community and Garda Commissioner Drew Harris said it was one of the "worst incidents" of his four decades in policing.
