The 16-year-old was in tears after missing out on seeing her favourite band.
A mum-of-four is raging after her teenage daughter was refused entry to see her favourite band, The 1975, perform at TRNSMT.
Organisers earlier said that anyone under the age of 16 was not permitted into the festival and stewards would be working to a Challenge 25 policy. She claims: "They scanned her ticket and she went to the next point and checked the ID again before telling her it isn’t her and is a fake ID. She asked ‘what do you mean? That is not a fake document’.
"I said she is legitimately 16 and I sent through a birth certificate, divorce papers, bank statements, address, proof of NI - I sent it all.
