DESPITE the fact we ALWAYS reseal the bag with our fresh loaf of bread in, somehowWell rather than having another blow-out argument about this common household hang-up, one mum has revealed how you can get your bread fresh again - and all you need is a tap.Posting on the Facebook group, the mum claimed running the bread under water and putting it in the oven to dry out makes it taste freshly baked again.
She explained: "I've been conscious of reducing my waste and the job of using up stale bread rolls has always been a problem." Instead of making yet another batch of breadcrumbs, she added: "My mum told me a trick her mum used to do back in the day, and it really works."She then put the stale bread in the oven for a couple minutes until it dried outShe claimed the bread then tasted like it was 'freshly baked'She wrote: "'All you do is run the bread roll under a tap so it's wet and then pop it in the oven for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, a third suggested: "You can also put it in the oven with a tray of water under it. Works just as good."
