19-year-old mother Sophie Rogers died suddenly of a blood clot in 2020

A family from Northampton has revealed the touching reason why they decided to donate their 19-year-old daughter's organs after she died suddenly in 2020.

As a family we then started to talk about organ donation, and her eldest sister Jessica had mentioned she would wish to donate should anything happen to her, which made us think about what Sophie would have wanted.

Rennaisha, now aged four, lives with Debbie and her husband Brett in Northampton. Meanwhile her mother's liver and kidneys have saved the lives of three people, including a teenage girl, a lady in her twenties and a man in his fifties.
