A MUM who was kicked off a flight after refusing to sit in a seat covered in vomit is suing the airline for £45million.
Ms Swinney alleges her daughter got some of the vomit on her hands when she was stowing her bag in the overhead bin,The shocked mum then complained to a flight attendant - who she alleges brought out gloves and wipes for her to clean the mess herself.Swinney refused and allegedly walked to the front of the cabin to complain - when she was told she'd be thrown off the flight, according to the lawsuit.
But a standoff resulted in all the passengers having to disembark - with staff allegedly blaming "one rude passenger", the suit says. "The flight attendants apologised and immediately invited the mother and her teenage daughter to move to either end of the plane so that the seat area could be cleaned.
